Fiorina at the diner

"Carly Fiorina is defending her decision not to correct a man who characterized President Obama as a “black Muslim” at a diner in New Hampshire.
Fiorina said it wasn’t her job to defend the president, noting that he “isn’t on the ballot.”

“I’ve said on many occasions: President Obama tells me he’s a Christian; I take him at his word,” she said on Fox News on Friday. “But the truth is, President Obama isn’t on the ballot.”
The former Hewlett-Packard CEO said it’s her job to defeat Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton in 2016."

"Video Fiorina Spoke Of In Debate Released"

"The video that Carly Fiorina graphically described at the last Republican presidential debate, depicting a moving fetus on a table following an apparent abortion, was released online in its entirety Tuesday morning, according to Gregg Cunningham, the founder of the Center for Bio-Ethical Reform, who collected the footage."

"During the debate on Sept. 16, Fiorina denounced the images on videos that had been produced by a separate group, the Center for Medical Progress (CMP). “As regards [to] Planned Parenthood, anyone who has watched this videotape, I dare Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama to watch these tapes,” she said. “Watch a fully formed fetus on the table, its heart beating, its legs kicking while someone says we have to keep it alive to harvest its brain.”"

ABC: Fiorina "the other woman"

"As the only woman GOP presidential candidate in the race -- and now a serious contender for the nomination with rising poll numbers following strong performances in the two Republican debates -- Fiorina occupies a unique space with the 2016 contest."
"[Whether] or not you're ready to ... support me, in your heart of hearts every single one of you know you would love to see me debate Hillary Clinton," Fiorina has told audiences from the stump.
And while Fiorina is quick to tell voters she is not asking for their support on the basis of her gender but her qualifications, her gender identity serves as a contrast with the only other woman in the race.
Fiorina regularly lodges scathing attacks in Clinton’s direction, accusing the Democratic frontrunner of having “blood on her hands” over the attack in Benghazi and calling her a liar.
“Mrs. Clinton’s record is very clear, she has lied about Benghazi ... she’s lied about her emails, she’s lied about her server, and she does not have a track record of accomplishment,” Fiorina told reporters during a campaign stop in South Carolina. “Those are the facts, and I’m going to run this campaign on the facts.”
Her female identity doesn’t only draw contrasts with Clinton but the entire Democratic Party, allowing her to hit on hot-button, wedge issues in a way that no other GOP candidate can. She refers to the term “war on women” with disdain and has made her opposition to abortion a centerpiece of her campaign.
Fiorina's gender appears problematic for Hillary.

Look In The Mirror!

I'm sure that both Rolling Stone and CNN would love to be the ones who damage the Donald. But this was predictable:*

Trump insults Fiorina in Rolling Stone: 'Look at that face!'

The upcoming debate will be an important test for Trump: how will he handle Carly Fiorina?

*Past prediction: "I think Trump will blow it when he calls the wrong shot which he's bound to do because he relies so much on instinct. For example, he has already irreversibly alienated a quarter of the voting population (democratic women); he could easily blow off another quarter by attacking Fiorina too quickly." link

Carly Fiorina: I'm Running for president

Our founders never intended us to have a professional political class,” Fiorina says in a video. “We know the only way to reimagine our government is to reimagine who is leading it. I’m Carly Fiorina and I’m running for president”
“Carly for President” is already bucking expectations, drawing larger crowds than expected, and building the kind of campaign that just might pack a punch down the line.

“It never occurred to me that there might be another female choice,” Renee Duvall told msnbc in Concord, New Hampshire “I love it! I’m excited about it.”

Fiorina’s criticism of Clinton has been a constant in her campaign so far.

“Like Hillary Clinton, I too have traveled hundreds of thousands of miles around the globe but unlike Mrs. Clinton, I know that flying is an activity not an accomplishment,” she quipped in New Hampshire.
“Leadership is not about position, or power, or title, or perks,” she said in New Hampshire in mid-April. “The highest calling of leadership is to unlock potential in others and to change the order of things for the better.”
