I couldn't get it to load, but the animated pic of the spinning squirrel shows up in the alternate views at the link. https://mcphee.com/products/squirrel-in-underpants-ornament

The "Look,Squirrel!!" aspect to all that's been going on with the Pelosi story drives me nuts. I had no idea when I went to look for a squirrel in underpants that it was a theme/meme with a large collection of pics and items available for sale, including an air freshener to hang in the car.

You also could have embedded PP & M doing If I Had A Hammer.

Lost in the shuffle are the facts that the perp DePape was known by both and kept asking, "Where's Nancy?".

Lost in the shuffle. Yes. The expression fits, and so does the word itself.

To Shuffle: to move or walk in a sliding dragging manner without lifting the feet; to dance in a lazy nonchalant manner with sliding and tapping; to move similar things from one position or place to another, often to give an appearance of activity when nothing useful is being done; to rearrange (a deck of cards) by sliding the cards over each other quickly.

The drama energy vibrating in, off, and around this peculiar story and the side show shuffle involved is intense. It's grabbing and holding attention in a way that seems tap into or be symbolic of something, but I'm not sure what.

Maybe it's there in the PP&M song, a longing for the Hammer of Justice to hammer out danger, a warning and love between brothers and sisters all over this land, in the face of the chaos, silliness, devisiveness, cover up and lies being perpetrated.

Paulio supposedly had a woman in the car when he was nabbed for drunk driving. Don't count out that Nancy may have shopped around for some nutbag to mete out some comeuppance. DePape may have been a client of the FBI. Never let a scandal go to waste.

Many wondrous possibilities.
