I guess maybe it's important that women on TV get some kind of a signature look. The one looks like she just finished up with the cosmetic surgeon and now she's stopped by the TV studio on her way to the gym. The other one looks like some kind of bland comic book super hero who channels her super powers through her super eyeglasses. Maybe they give her x-ray vision and super strong neck muscles.
"Strong feelings." The only accurate statement on the entire panel. Shame, guilt and contempt. Sowing division while blaming trump for it. It's funny that the black lady only really gets accusatory with the white woman.
There's a uniform, clearly. You have to project militancy and intellectuality while spouting your strong feelings and refusing to engage in a dialogue. So faux. It's like Malcolm Y. I hate it.
The panel didn't get heated. While the United States of America includes racists among its citizens and illegal aliens, it does not as a country specialize in racism. Of all the people on the panel, there was only one who appeared specialized in it.
to concentrate on and become expert in a particular subject or skill. "he could specialize in tropical medicine" to confine oneself to providing a particular product or service. "the company specialized in commercial brochures" to make a habit of engaging in a particular activity. "a group of writers has specialized in attacking the society they live in
That kind of anger and attack doesn't work for me. While I have my own blind spots and areas in which I could use more awareness, I prefer to be invited into more understanding through use of story and reason rather than attacked and declared guilty without recourse or regard.
Oddly enough her approach mirrors what was done during slavery when slaves were not allowed a voice or defense and often declared guilty of crimes and deeds they did not commit.
Nevermind the Democrats rejecting Trump's proposal to amnesty millions. Nevermind that Obama did the same and worse to families at the border. Nevermind the facts. Just focus on MY emotional outburst about "America." White progressives go along with this because (1) they themselves are extremely racist and believe black and brown people cannot think and morons like MalcolmEtte with the faux intellectual glasses just encourage that attitude, and (2) they believe that it's a bargain they make with the lesser humans that allows them to retain their positions of power and influence. Scratch a progressive and you will find a terrible racist. Exhibit A: the Antifas who are screaming racial insults at black and brown police officers in Portland (and elsewhere). Also, ask any conservative who is not white. Policy discussions tend to degenerate quickly to racial insults. Also, observe attacks on any conservative who is not male and you will find that they are generally quite viciously sexist. All those bad bad words have been bottled up by speech codes and they come spewing forth like a firehose. Or puke.
Apparently some black women have God on their side. Oprah has been waiting for God to give her the Word to run for president. And now Maxine is claiming that she was sent by God to take down Trump. I suppose the Dems will give them a God pass even though it didn't work too well for Cruz when his dad said he was the one sent by God.
