Easy peasy. I used Kobelco excavators. The controls were remarkably tunable. When we bought a new one, the dealer's tech guy would come to a job site, plug his laptop into the excavator, and spend an hour adjusting the "feel" of the controls to the exact preferences of the operator. A skilled operator could run the machine very well by merely wiggling his fingers on the controls. The machine would make big bites or delicate little nibbles.

The excavator down my road meets its match makeing a tree fall.
The safe technique can't be used near a road or wires (dig up roots and push tree over).
That video seems weirdly homo-erotic.

Haz, that's awesome. I didn't realize controls like this were that tweakable. Good to know.
