"
An exasperated California family is in the extraordinary position of being unable to evict their live-in nanny who is refusing to work and refusing to leave their home."
"Marcella Bracamonte, 31, claims that nanny, Diane Stretton, 64, is threatening to sue her family for wrongful dismissal and abuse of the elderly and incredibly, has told them she wants them out of their own house daily between 8am and 8pm." (

Weird story, especially for an Old Dawg like me who's a nanny to his granddaughter. Of course, I enjoy my nanny job.
The mommy in this story is built like a brick shithouse, and stays home all day. Why, I wonder, does she need a nanny? Spoiled girl?
There's every kind of grifter you can imagine out there. And, they're all on craigslist.
Fire Mrs. Doubtfire. And your barber.
Sadly, with our a Udall-Bennet-Harry Reid Clinton style legal system, the nanny will probably win.
Lesson number one. Don't be a cheap screw and try to get someone from Craigslist without any references. They were probably trying to avoid paying taxes as well as wages. If you need a live-in Nanny go to a reputable agency who has screened the applicants and pay for it like everyone else. It isn't like they are hiring Julio under the table to mow the lawn. These are their precious children....you would suppose.
Now they are going to have to search for a hit man. I wouldn't recommend Craigslist though. Too much of an electronic trail.
Perhaps a guard dog or two. Several large Rottweilers that have a hard on for nasty fat old women. Let them have free roam of the house and grounds. Grrrrrrr :-) I would also throw into the mix at least a dozen high pitched yapping ankle biting Chihuahuas. Take that Nanny.
If that doesn't work, I have had some parrots in the past that are dirty, nasty, throwing food all the time and can be taught so say some really choice phrases.
Come on people...be creative in your hate and retaliation :-)
If you think about it. This story is a perfect analogy to what is happening in the illegal alien invasion of our country right now.
In comes someone to your house. Whether you invited them or NOT. They won't leave. Eat all your food. Take over the joint. Expect you to pay for everything. Threaten you when you ask that they leave or work. Then when you try to get legal help, YOU are the villain and they get to take over possession of your property and your life.
You have no recourse other than to take some drastic measures that will likely land you in jail. But...you know what? You haven't got a home anymore and you haven't got a life....so ....who cares?
Welcome to the NEW America comrades. Or should I say Suckers?.
Buy a set of drums, and fart a lot. This is a proven method of getting rid of women of any age.
I would say turn off all power to the house. Remove all food and and anything else needed to live.
However, that might be counter productive, since looking at that fat toad in the video, I would imagine that she would just sh*t in the hallway and use the drapes in lieu of toilet paper.
I'm back to the hit man.
The only reason I'm surprised by this story is that someone hasn't done something this brazen already. (They have; it just wasn't publicized.) The legal presumptions all favor the employee/renter/fat load burden on society. The law presumes that people with money/property are unfair. The winner gets attorneys' fees. The courts go along with it because it forces people with money and/or property to settle.
Pacific Heights II: The Inland Empire.
Dang. I spend the morning actually doing something productive and come back on line later to this hilarious story.
Shoutin' Tom has the right question: Why does a stay at home" mom need a nanny?
DBQ has the analysis right.
And Bagoh20 has the answer. But I'd add some quarter sticks to blow up in the hallway at 0200 hours, etc. And more farts.
Oh, and in the kitchen I'd make sure there was a gallon or more of Korean Bean Paste fermenting. Makes farts seem like perfume. Trust me.
New Details Emerge About Background Of The ‘Won’t Go Nanny’
"...new details are emerging about Diane Stretton’s background, including several lawsuits she has filed and that have been filed against her, even cases involving family members.
Johnson spoke to several people, some by phone, and from all over the country, who said they had had legal dealings with Stretton.
Johnson said there are cases involving homeowners association upkeep, traffic accidents, estates, appliance purchases, even rental cars.
Johnson said Stretton also made numerous claims against family after being left out of her father’s will.
Because of all of her many filings, at one point she was deemed to be “vexatious,” or a troublesome litigant in probate proceedings."

Why do they have to "evict" her like a tenant?
Shit, I'd have called the cops and said she was trespassing or broke in or something, told the cops she's crazy, and changed the locks.
Then she'd have to sue, but she's outta the house.
Turn off the electricity
Take away food
Set loose the dogs of fart waft
Nope. No. Can. Do.
That's constructive eviction and forcible entry (use of 'menacing conduct' to turn out a party peaceably in possession). The party peaceably in possession need not be an actual tenant.
Attorneys' fees.
Also, the cops will not get involved in a civil matter.
"Also, the cops will not get involved in a civil matter."
If I called at midnight and said there is a stranger in my house....
how would they know she was a tenant?
Like I said, she doesn't even have to be an official tenant. She tells the cops she lives there, she shows them her room and her stuff in the house, she tells them she was hired to live there and watch the kids, the property owners can't deny that, the cops say take it up in civil court.
You could hire a contractor to make a door in her outer wall, (a sawsall, a bucket of plaster, a few 2x4s, and a door), remove the door in the hallway and board it up.
A bit more difficult if the room isn't on a ground floor...
