I was looking off the balcony and noticed a white pigeon soaring rising on a heat bubble and I thought, hey wait pigeons don't soar, they flap around. It's what makes them such easy targets for birds that do soar and dive. It must be a hawk rising gloriously on a thermal. That's what it is. Don't see many of those around here downtown. But now with all these pigeons messing all over maybe we will see more of them. But no.
