Red State is referring to Nancy's display of disconnect as a "major brain break live on air". With the author of that article, Nick Arama, asking readers to "Imagine this person shoving Biden aside. These are the kind of people we have in charge of our government, now pushing Kamala Harris on us, telling us how wonderful she is, just like they're telling us Joe Biden is on "top of his game."
If ever there was a reason for term (and age) limits, she's it. In retrospect, when she tore up her copy of the State of the Union speech was probably the first manifestation.
