Perhaps my hearing isn't so good, or may the subtlety is lost on me, but I will say this must be an old song as Florence Joyner died in 1998.
It is an old song. it's raunchy - but tame, with today's debased standards.
Hence my enjoyment of the more traditional "Das Baby bekam Bach", from the early part of the 18th century.
Your musical tastes are much too sophisticated for me. ;-)
