"It wasn't a lie, it was ineptitude with insufficient cover." Don Draper
That is fantastic.
Went to the horse track today. Took our 5 year old granddaughter. She loves to pet the work horses that guide the race horses to and from the track. There was a lovable retard horse named Oaks. He loves kids. We bring apples to feed them. Retard Oaks couldn't figure out how to eat the apple. I broke it into little pieces, he still couldn't figure it out. The rider was a patient woman. She said to us, "He's just real slow..but he's so gentle and kind." They should have named him "Lenny."Since it's Memorial Day and horse tracks attract conservatives, there was a 20 minute Memorial Day event. It was pleasant but the bagpipers had 2 Mexicans who were way off tune. People couldn't help but chuckle. Never seen a Mexican piper and today I saw, and heard, 2 of them.
Hit one exacta for $45.
Is Happy Memorial Day the right term? I can't think of an appropriate expression to use on a somber day.
