This ↑ is a poorer copy of a better one that I couldn't find on YouTube. The better one is longer, the Trump heads are better selected and blended and it's less overtly pro-Trump. You can see it here on Bitchute if you like.
It's all a matter of finding the right Trump heads at the right angle, sometimes even the top of the head might need to be constructed, and then blended in color and tone and size. Sometimes the expression changes in the same shot, meaning the artist found two similar Trump shots. The version linked but not displayed here shows a lot more detailed work at this.
The whole time I was thinking, oh man, Trump would never wear a brown suit and light brown shirt, but the poor light and sepia tone is not original. Christopher Walkens actually wears a dark suit and white shirt and that is something Trump would wear. The lighting is much better in the original video.
Trump is obviously fatter than Christopher Walken.
The video was seen originally linked on Meme World, a site run by the originator of Carpe Donktum.
Meme World is an odd site. Nothing runs on it. Each thing is a link to another site. In this case of Trump over the Christopher Walken/Fat Boy Slim video it takes two clicks to get to the video.
Over on Bitchute where the video is hosted comments are mixed between gently amused and viciously out-of-their-minds unamused. The unamused comments are fly-off-the-handle wild-ass irrelevancies easily debunked but nobody bothers. Instead, replies to them are dismissive such as, "Time to eat a Snickers."
The link to Meme World was picked up in this video seen on the Epoch Times with the originator of Carpe Donktum. It's a rather long 16 minute video of Logan Cook explaining how he got into the meme-making business. He makes several references, the Bud Lite's Real Men Geniuses, and Apple computer Crazy Ones advertisements, for example. Each mention in the interview is interesting to check out.
