My street was solid ice a few weeks ago. I watched a middle age black guy and his teenage son come down it. Dad was walking on the snow next to the street so he wouldn't fall down. The son was doing a backwards moon walk on the ice and making it look easy. Later the son came by with a white friend. I watched the white kid slip on the ice, go way up in the air and land on his back. Then he got up, uninjured, or at least did a good job of pretending he wasn't hurt while his moon walking friend had a good laugh.
I've been meaning to buy some ice cleats. I'm not a moon walker and I don't know how fast I could get up - if I could - after a hard fall.

Stop it, I'm getting dizzy.
