Dinner with Xi Jinping and USMCA

Today President Trump had a working dinner with President Xi Jinping, an event they both claim was highly successful.

First, President Xi Jinping agreed to designate Fentanyl as a controlled substance, meaning people selling it to the United States will be subject to China's maximum penalty.

I don't even know what Fentanyl is.

Oh. It's an opioid used as a pain mediation.

On trade, Trump will leave the tariffs on $200 billion of product at the 10% rate and not raise it to 25% presently. While China agreed to purchase a substantial amount of agricultural, energy and industrial products from the United States to reduce the imbalance between countries. Agricultural purchases to begin immediately.

The two agreed to immediately begin to start thinking about considering pondering on cogitating up to conceiving until realizing a visualization of an idea about the beginning of the onset of commencing the activation of the inception of the dawning of an opening introduction to creating a prefacing prelude to a genesis of some kind of remote negotiation on structural changes with respect to forced technology transfer, intellectual property protection, non-tariff barriers, cyber intrusions and cyber theft, services and agriculture. That is, how to behave as people with actual morals. They agreed to try taking a stab at discussing that. And if they cannot do that within 90 days then boom tariffs go straight to 25%.

They agreed to a bunch of b.s. including North Korea and a nuclear-free peninsula. They're both magnificent b.s.ers. You should'a been there, you should'a see 'em.  The bog was so deep that people put on their waders and brought in their airboats.

White House Press Secretary.

Before that, yesterday, President Trump, President Peña Nieto and Justin Trudeau signed
USMCA Agreement. The agreement removes most of the exploitation of the U.S. market that existed within NAFTA.

Heres a video made for the public if you care to see it. Transcript here if you'd rather read it.

And then, and then, Trump says in a presser aboard AF1 he'll be formally terminating NAFTA and Congress can choose between replacement or nothing.

You see, Mexico and the U.S. wrote the agreement and Canada joined in to minimize their losses. There is nothing in it that expands the Canadian economy. The cynical and childish politics of their leadership served Canada poorly. NAFTA was exploitative in a way that benefitted both Canada and Mexico to the harm of the United States. Trump is satisfied that USMCA removes most of the parasitic benefits and Trump is also okay with USMCA failing and the three nations returning to pre-NAFTA structures. So Congress can vote for USMCA or against it, for the U.S. the result is the same.

Then Trump left abruptly and returned to United States, schwing, in, do the deals, out. No lallygagging around sightseeing, no pussyfooting loitering yakking it up. No dillydallying. Back to the U.S. of A, simply the best place to be.

So the trade war is over and Trump won. He won NAFTA and he beat Red China (beating Baby Trudeau took 10 minutes).

Looks like the border war may be over, too. A lot of Hondurans are realizing they've been had.

People think Trump will be hamstrung by a Demo House. What did a House run by Ryan do for him other than pass a tax cut?

NAFTA was exploitative in a way that benefitted both Canada and Mexico to the harm of the United States.

As we remember 41, let us also remember that. NAFTA and the EU were supposed to be the cornerstones of the NWO, except that they flopped bigly.
