My white fluffer cat, Mooxie, she cat-coma in front of the gas fireplace all day.

That is one relaxed cato. Only the tail is slightly agitated.
Mine never relaxed that much but he was a rescue at the age of approximately (per the vet) six. Furball: Life on the Streets. It must have been a bit rough because it left some habits. Like he insisted on having all four paws on the ground at all times. So this toe up sleeping posture would never happen and also there was no picking him up without there being a protest and some struggling.
He did, however, live a relaxing life after I got him. I think he slept a lot while I was at work but I would find evidence of some activity, like he'd moved his stuff around during the day. Leave it on the stairs for me to step on.
