Sorta fun and not. A little too forced for my taste, but I watched the whole thing, enjoying the middle more than the end. What I really wanted to see was the colored picture underneath the white paper that was leaning on the unit behind him.
What it brought up for me was the memory of the little $1 cat we found running down the street with kids chasing her one Halloween. We gave her the name of CindyLouWho, but referred to her as our street girl, since she'd come to us with streaks of Halloween make-up in her fur and had a soft white coat reminiscent of the inexpensive bunny fur coats department stores used to carry in the 90's for little girls. We called it her Kmart Fur.
She was a wonderful cat. The night before her death, when she could barely stand anymore with her final vet appointment scheduled for the next day, she managed to stop by the beds of all four of us to sit with us and purr. We'd each thought that was special for us and didn't collectively realize what had happened until after she was gone.
Although I'd pay a royal sum to have another cat like her, she was one of a kind, and I'm grateful she ran into our lives.
