Keith Richards

Can't get no satisfaction.

Story at Daily Caller where commenters amusingly do not appreciate Keith Richards.

Heh. The story is a a few years old and comes from when Trump refused to stop using their song at rallies. I nearly wrote them off as more “rock bottoms for Rodham” but I’m not sure they ever embraced the sleaze. They are political weather vains.

You don’t hear much about Richards paling around with Johnny Depp.

I don't care what any Brit thinks of American politics. They are not ever taken seriously. Their modern conceptualization of government is childish.

And I care even less for British royal weddings. I find our media's attention given this annoying. In extreme. *click* Now we even get the same thing in Spanish. But then, they're doing that because they know their market.

I've read dozens or more stories about British relating their travel to America. Like it's some kind of thing. Seldom do they leave out mentioning the inordinately high number of American flags that they see.

Where seeing even one American flag makes their skin crawl.

They really do not like our flag, and like even less our liking it so much.

One visited over the Independence holiday and it blew him away how many flags that he saw. He knew it was a holiday, he knew the holiday had to do with independence from his nation, and it gnawed on his poor abused psych.

Spark, pop, short, flash, pop, pop, spark, flash, spark, pop, short, smoke.

But look at any picture of any British city and see the same thing. But royal weddings, my God, there are enough flags to cover their whole island at lest twice. <-- contains exaggeration.

Our flag is sweet and represents sweetness and light, if a bit complicated design-wise.

Their flag is sharp and harsh and represents colonization and harsh repression without any representation, by presumed elitists who are actually fallen down drunks who speak like babies. It's ugly. It shows swords twirling around, it's a propeller that runs into you and chops up everything it touches. It means thoughtless degeneracy.

Our flag is better, more lovely than their flag.

In a flag popularity contest that I'm imagining, our flag totally wins.

Apparently, Keef had a bad episode with Trump pre-presidency and wants tell about it.
But who knows if the translation was correct.
In general, British snobbery about America is just extreme insecurity. That's all. Still in a twist about losing the War of Independence.
Once you realize that, you can react accordingly.
When your big superiority dance is that you are slightly less obese than Americans and don't own a gun, it's time to develop something real to boast about.
I love visiting but the current occupants are mainly a bunch of dumpy lumps in track suits who smoke incessantly and occasionally let out an incomprehensible bellowing noise. But we're the peasants. Okay. Fine. Have it your way.
