Italy, Police beat Antifa

Care to see a few Antifa protestors getting pounded by police? This is Italy a few days ago. I didn't realize they club people with sticks like this on the legs, on the head and such. They skip the whole judicial thing and deliver punishment directly.

Want to hear something funny?

I'm still watching Rosewood. The protagonist says, "I found some equus ferus caballus on the bottom of his shoe." I'm thinking, wild horse on the bottom of his shoe. He continues, "horse manure."

That's a Spanish/Latin cognitive caballo/caballus

I heard in another movie, Mel Gibson with the messed up face tutoring a boy teaching him swear words in latin. He used excrementum for poop. But manure is actually fimus. That's what would be on his shoe.

Well credit Antifa for finally finding a country that really was fascist once.

That's why the Antifa creeps stay in places like CA.

That was some pretty good action. May I suggest bigger clubs next time?

It's a bit rough, and I'm sorta glad our cops aren't given that much leeway. Still, there is one scene where a guy is on the ground (at least one US cop thinks that's a good time to shoot a person, but I digress) and a cop clubs him in the head. He starts to get into it, but another cop pulls him off, and they continue down the street. The communist is left on the ground coddling his head. That shows the real difference between Antifa thugs and what many would say are Police thugs. The Police will show restraint.

I just can't get torn up about communists being beaten. I know too many people that have escaped communist countries, and they are some of the best and caring people you can know. Most use humor to suppress their feelings about communist, but it is clear, they have no problem with supporters of communism being beaten to reality and that is what it takes. They know it will go the other way if the communist ever gets into power.

Italy was battling terrorists like the Red Brigade back in the 70's. They also have battled the Mafia for generations. They have a good intelligence network and as you just saw. they don't dance.

Being disillusioned when I got back from Vietnam I moved to San Francisco in 1970 and attended a couple of "peace rallies" at the Civic Center. That's when I became even more disillusioned about peaceniks. I saw them baiting the cops, calling them pigs and throwing rocks at them until Mayor Alioto's blue helmeted Tac Squad was turned loose on them and started busting heads. Alioto was the one who instituted the "no knock" law. Why give criminals a chance to destroy evidence when it's so much easier to just kick the door open? My brother, also just back from Vietnam who hadn't done anything, got invaded by the police who were chasing someone else and figured he'd be easier to catch on the fire escape if they cut through his apartment.

I had a lot of fun in that beautiful city but I won't be going back.
