Before Conyers, Ted Kennedy was praised as the "Lion of the Senate". I know raccoons clean things in water but I didn't know Lions did.

The man loves Miles Davis! Everything else is irreverent...or irrelevant....or something.
Sure, Con-for-years deserves his "due process." But the proliferation of NDA's has short circuited "due process" for everyone in this country. What needs to happen is the litigation of NDA's themselves in a couple few high profile cases just to underscore what people give up and what power is enabled by the whole thing.
