No scientific consensus that this is AGW-related though there is journalism consensus for this.
It makes perfect sense to me that the article poles would melt first while ice would build in the Antarctic followed by an Antarctic thaw.

but if you read the twitter headline, it says: "Antarctica's giant waterfalls are changing the sea level."
