Bill Cosby is now “completely blind,” said a well-placed source, who added that the embattled comic is “in his own personal hell.”
The disgraced comedian once known as “America’s Dad” is now confined to his Pennsylvania home with only his incomprehensibly loyal wife, Camille, at his side.
The source close to Cosby told us, “His alleged victims may take some solace in the fact that he’s in his own personal hell. He has been suffering from a degenerative eye disease and is completely blind . . . All his Hollywood friends have turned their backs on him.
“He is confined to his house in Pennsylvania, and the only person on his side is his wife, Camille, who is masterminding his defense. His only friends are the small army of lawyers on his payroll.”
Although his top lawyers, Brian McMonagle and Angela C. Agrusa, didn’t respond to questions from Page Six, Cosby’s sight has been slowly fading for some time. In January, Monique Pressley, another of his lawyers, said of his strange appearance in his mug shot, “He’s a 78-year-old blind man who they’ve chosen to charge. That’s not a defense to a charge, that’s just a fact.” It explains why he is led into court by lawyers and reps on both of his arms. (He turned 79 on July 12.) Since then, the condition has become far more severe.

Cosby reportedly has a degenerative eye condition called keratoconus, a condition that causes the eye’s cornea to bulge.
A judge this month ruled that Cosby will stand trial on sexual assault charges, at a date yet to be determined. Cosby faces three counts of felony aggravated indecent assault from a 2004 case involving Andrea Constand, an employee at his alma mater, Temple University. She was the first of more than 50 women who’ve accused Cosby of sexual misconduct. A recent addition to the case was FOX newswoman Megyn Kelly who claims that Mr. Cosby leered at her through the television during the 1980's while playing the Father on the Cosby show.
But, on Monday, a judge in his civil case ruled Cosby will be allowed to sue Constand — who claims he drugged and raped her in 2004 — for allegedly breaching a confidentiality agreement she signed with him after he settled with her out of court in 2006.

Of course Camille is going to stick by him and defend him. His estate is partly hers, and more for her if nobody can sue successfully sue Bill.
As I have said before, it has yet to be proven in a court of law this guy did anything to anybody that was illegal.
What the Left is attempting to be done to him is what Gloria Allred did to Herman Cain and what little Megyn is trying to do to Ailes.
Another example of the warping of the rule of law. Even if he did what these women are now saying he did the statute of lims has long gone by. If it wasn't important enough to charge him back when these things happened it should be too late now. If they were holding off back then for political reasons then theyre accessories to the crime(s).
Statute of limitations don't apply for murder, diddling Catholic priests and Black actors who go off the liberal reservation.
It's who you know not who you blow.
He should have stopped raping unconscious women when he only needed glasses.
I have no desire to defend him. It's impossible for me to believe it is not true that he is just a disgusting man who not only preyed on, but actually raped by any standard, at least some of these women. Sure he's legally innocent until proven guilty, but we all know he did some awful crap to young helpless women who trusted him.
50 women claim this guy did it, and yet he's innocent, but Ted Cruz is an undisputed serial cheater because of a single unfounded assumption by a reporter for the National Inquirer with no evidence other than what she thought some text might mean, and Megyn Kelly is a terrible bitch for honestly answering serious inquiries she was asked by her employer.
This year's politics have wiped out any sense of fairness, decency, or reason among people. All that matters is: do you help Trump or not. Hell, that should be the only question we need to ask during any trial. Yes = innocent - No = guilty. Don't worry, we'll figure out what you did wrong even if we have to make it up.
The few of us here who do not support Trump have been accused of everything from supporting Hillary to being wanton criminals ourselves for no other reason. And you wonder why people have such a hard time joining the cause.
Sixty, I think you should get more of a pass for groping if blind. Sort of like reading braille.
Amen to that.
Clarification: amen to what Bags said.
bagoh20, this is not so much defending Cosby as all of us. As for Cosby, I assume where there is smoke there can be fire. But it also gets harder to defend yourself with the passage of time. Going after someone criminally years after the the statute of limitations had run is a problem.
And that Ted Cruz cheating stuff is BS.
It is?
Then why did it take him a week to deny it?
Why does Heidi prohibit women on his (campaign) staff?
When it's investigated, it may be, but right now there's no assurance it didn't happen.
And I'll bet it will be investigated for sure in '18.
Argumentum ad Populum - actually, we don't all know. Some of us have read what has been reported by biased writers, but we weren't there. So while it may be true that "he did some awful crap to young helpless women who trusted him", they need to get Blind Lemon Jello on the stand and let him be judged in a court of law.
But more to the point - who brought up that dirty old bastard? Was that you, Troop? Get back on track - moar '60s starlets, stat!
ed, Ted's too ugly to cheat.
Unless his partners are as blind as Cosby.
Camille isn't walking. She's gone to hell and back with this guy and while he's blind, she is probably secretly happy that he can't see her flipping him off and scowling at him 24/7. I defended the guy and I was wrong in doing so. I didn't realize he was such an opportunistic shithead. We'll see what happens to him. At this point it's all about mitigating and keeping as much money as possible.

He's got money and power.
Looks are not the issue.
ed, so how was it with the "One True Ted"?
Boy bags you are really feeling sorry for yourself.
I am sure that Cosby did stuff. All of these Hollywood assholes had a casting couch. I mean Gary Marshal forced Shirley to let him piss in her mouth. He had Rose Marie and Morey Amsterdam wax his ball sack. So what?
I am not defending him just giving a report on where he stands now. This has nothing to do with Trump. Jeez.
Megyn Kelly is another story. Her boss stood up for her and lost millions to let her spout her politically correct feminist nonsense. When she had a chance to support him she decided that a hug ten years ago was sexual harassment. Maybe you think that is right but I don't think so myself. She is a toxic twist. The reaction of her coworkers tell you that
Ted Cruz broke his pledge and could not find it in his heart to endorse the Republcan nominee. So he has shown us all we need to know about him.
Lol. Great tag. I wonder if you expect you'll ever need to use that one again.
The innocent victims in all this are the Cosby show cast members who will never see a residual check again. Many of them will have to find work in their old age. Tragic........I think at least some of the Cosby victims had volunteered for the casting couch and instead ended up on the anesthetist table. "Do not ask what is it. Let us go and make our visit." That was Cosby's kink--having sex with unconscious women. I suppose in some ways it was less traumatic for the women than a casting couch experience........He got away with it for years. There was widespread gossip about it, but only the most virulent racist would ever publicly accuse such a revered and lovable man of being a rapist......He lived within the protective bubble of political correctness, but he screwed it all up. He started criticizing young black men for their fashion choices and thereby surrendered his immunity card. There is no possible politically correct way for criticizing young black men for anything. His rapes were first publicized in the black community as a response to his criticism of young black men. If he had not done that, his reputation would have remained intact......There's a useful lesson here. Not a moral lesson, but a useful one.
Sorry no sympathy for the victims. If having sex with Bill C. was so horrible, you would have said something about it, say 5 years ago, or 10 years ago, or 20 years ago.
Funny how we're always encouraging girls to be "strong and brave" but it seems that when it comes to sex we're supposed to believe the women are like little kids who can't look after themselves.
