Cure or even mitigate the common fucking cold. I know, a stale complaint but WTF? Maybe it's like Chris Rock says, "We don't cure anything, drug companies know what drug dealers know, you make your money on the come back."

Actually there are only two cures I know of that you can buy off the shelf for Athletes Foot Fungus and Vaginal Yeast Infections.

2016 is a crap year. I don't think we can count on accomplishing the same feats done in 2015.

Although, Boston is over .500 this year, so I may be wrong.

It's 2016, we put a man on the moon, but we can't even take all the sand out of sea food.

We put a man on the moon but we can't even... put a man on the moon.

It's true. If we needed to land something on the moon for some reason, we'd be building the vehicles from scratch because we've got nothing.

It's even worse than that. We have nothing because the US government from GWB to Obama have scrapped the Shuttle Program and have put nothing in it's place. Not to mention that one of the sole focuses on the ISS and some robotic missions, we probably won't be sending man back to the moon for decades. The national will just isn't there. The only hope is private ventures and for mining purposes most likely.

I have a friend who's just moved into the private sector as a space law lawyer. So that's pretty cool. Move it ALL into the private sector.

Also... I don't care what treaty Carter had us sign... if you get to Mars, you *own* it until someone bigger shows up to tell you "no".

I've been trying to watch that Mars movie with Matt Damon and I haven't been able to.

I don't have my own TV anymore, for one.

Instant undrunk pill. Is there anything more needed among our people? Simple chemistry. How hard could it be? They have meds that can reverse a serious drug overdose and they're cheap, but we can't reverse a single simple molecule known to man for thousands of years. What's wrong with the chemists. Are they all drunk?

Most of our potential has been wasted supporting the 47%, the corporate welfare, and the government employees who enable them all. Unless you pay at least $12K in taxes for every man woman and child in your household, you are not paying your fair share.

Government spending is our entire problem. It's killing everything, except itself, which is thriving.

The Matt Damon movie is ridiculous. He didn't science the shit out of anything. He did magic superhero violations of physics. That's fine, but The Hulk never tried to tell me he just has a thyroid condition.

So how does Damon eventually get off Mars? I won't spoil it, but the solution runs counter to the event that left him stranded. I will give this recommendation for the movie; they got the poor judgement of NASA management down pat. Like the Obama Administration itself; it is portrayed as quick to lie to the public and employees rather than admit any truth to help save lives.

bags, The duopoly love corporate welfare and I don't see it ending until we take control of Congress. Fuck the WH, we need to turn over Congress.

We put a man on the moon and people w/ doctorates in science are working at 7-11. Just doesn't seem right to me.

Who is this "we" Nick? Does it include Ryan and McConnell?

Including veterans and the enlisted. Which you think Big War Machine Bags of H90210 would have known, but he apparently didn't.

Proving my former comment right. Being a successful businessman definitely gives you license to get your policy ideas as completely fucked up as any other idiot interviewed on Hollywood Boulevard by Jay Leno or Jimmy Kimmel. Go Bags! Man of the people! And just as wrong as all the rest of them - especially those in the "47%".

rc, It's "We the people." I have ranted here several times we need to vote out EVERY incumbent. It's easy to clean the House if we the people are committed. The Senate w/ their 6 year terms will take some focus and diligence.

Ritmo, We do become lazier and stupider. There is a diverse group of people attracted to Trump. One group is the lazy, underachievers who blame others for their failure.
