The purpose of those wanting to film the Daily Show, which was interviewing Gays For Trump, was to be able to compare the actual interview versus the edited interview.
Since the media is known for cutting and pasting remarks, leaving items out to make people look stupid....ala Katie Couric......They wanted to see how badly distorted the Gays for Trump interviewee turned out to be. Making them look bad for supporting Trump by selectively editing the remarks.
Not a tempest in a teapot. It is showing the media bias.
No politician and now no ordinary person should consent to being filmed for an interview without having a backup of what actually transpired. Protect yourself from being misquoted, distorted and humiliated.

From looking @ the Nielsen ratings for the Daily Show it is apparent white liberals like smug, uppity Jews; but not smug, uppity, Negroes.
The Republican Convention looks to be a pilot for the reality show, Keeping up w/ the Trumps.
The insects from the Daily Show, scatter when the lights come on like the cockaroaches that they are.
It is showing the media bias.
The Daily Show is NOT "media." It is a comedy show. Or as Jon Stewart called it, "fake news."
Don't you people have any sense of humor? A sense of humor helps the mind work properly.
Just like you guys like to over-dramatize the news, the left likes to make a mockery of it. You guys get the tragedy, they take the comedy. Deal.
Isn't "fake news" just someone telling lies? Do not ever let anyone interview you who will slice and dice your words into a story of things you did not say.
