She does Dylan very nicely btw.
She's easy to look at and listen to. I'm not sure what the song meant to her, though, other than a chance to sound like Dylan.
I might have appreciated the song if she had done it as herself instead of an imitation of Dylan's unique style. IMO a cover of a song is not an imitation of it, but rather a new interpretation. Sorry. She failed.
That's how Prince did covers, btw. He would put a new twist on the songs.
Her name is Cat Power. I'm just going to back away now.
