Oh, I don't know.

Lots of people care Jeb! did lousy.

PS Funny how Vodkapundit thought Trump's line about their relative poll standings was lousy, but it's the line everybody's quoting today.

I think Ben Carson will be or might be angling for a VP spot. As much as I like him, he is simply a deer in headlights on many issues. Jeb should just get the fuck out. He's has zero personality or gravitas for the position.

Snoozefest. And I mean it.
When the best of the night is Chris Christie seizing the moment to bring it all down and speak directly to people's hearts through their minds, and to their minds through their hearts and thereby making connection telegraphically and that connection being a circuit making access to their souls then it's time to turn the channel and listen to Ted Allen count backward from ten three times, or turn to Forged in Fire to listen to Wil Willis count backwards from five three times, or turn to Knife Fight and listen to Llan Hall count backwards from ten three times, or perhaps tune into Beat Bobby Flay to hear the audience count down from ten three times. Any cable channel will do these days for a Sesame Street countdown, it's the modern thing we do, our chant, our mystical ritualistic recital that aligns all our thoughts and activates group synergy for a jolly good time. That will be more interesting than Republican badminton policy that nobody minds all that they care about is destroying the hopes and dreams of these Godawful baby boomer Marxist aspirations and grind them into the ground like flavorless curry.

But, you know what's fantastically more interesting than all that? And I mean this.

This guy, stormfx is simply fantastic. The most entertaining interpretation I've encountered yet. This is just so much fun to watch. Gnarls Barkley's Crazy. The guy plays the part of guy talking to a psychiatrist and also the psychiatrist. He's also locked in a cell. The cell is empty at first and covered with scribbled lyrics and credits after. It is very well done. Recommended for its entertainment value.

But so much more. Goodness gracious. He show everyone how things are stylized. How the textbook version of things is useful for fashioning your own manner of getting across. And he is excellent on all points.

The way he says to the doctor, "you and I are alike"

And how he says "the heroes he wants to be like them."

Both are "same-o-same-o" locution, both perfect.

The whole thing is graphic and perfect, heads above all the others.

The doctor speaking is imprecise, but it's all there. He adds extra conversational things that a shrink will say, he defines the tone with extra signals, while each word in the lyrics is actually there. He "warns" and "advices" with the same hand configuration while "warns" is descriptive of what is happening, not actually in the lyrics.

I've seen hundreds of these videos and I've not see the likes of this. This is perfect. He says there's a better version than YouTube but I'm really liking the timing being slightly off. The jittery aspect to it is fine with me.
