Hillary knew

"Clinton Signed NDA Laying Out Criminal Penalties for Mishandling of Classified Info"
A day after assuming office as secretary of state, Clinton signed a Sensitive Compartmented Information Nondisclosure Agreement that laid out criminal penalties for “any unauthorized disclosure” of classified information.
Experts have guessed that Clinton signed such an agreement, but a copy of her specific contract, obtained by the Competitive Enterprise Institute through an open records request and shared with theWashington Free Beacon, reveals for the first time the exact language of the NDA.
“I have been advised that the unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized retention, or negligent handling of SCI by me could cause irreparable injury to the United States or be used to advantage by a foreign nation,” the agreement states.
The language of her NDA suggests it was Clinton’s responsibility to ascertain whether information shared through her private email server was, in fact, classified.
“I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with appropriate management authorities in the Department … in order to ensure that I know whether information or material within my knowledge or control that I have reason to believe might be SCI,” the agreement says.

Whatever happened to the staffer she hired to set up the private server in her home?

Was it a staffer or a private tech team of two men?

"Hillary Rodham Clinton and her family personally paid a State Department staffer to maintain the private e-mail server she used while heading the agency, according to an official from Clinton’s presidential campaign.

The unusual arrangement helped Clinton retain personal control over the system that she used for her public and private duties...

The Clintons are using the excuse that it saved tax payer dollars. F-Off.

So now Carson is caught in a lie or exaggeration about being "offered" a scholarship to West Point when he was 17, which West Point says never happened. That's not good, considering his appeal is based on his honesty and integrity, but he did say "offered", which I can see as possibly meaning someone told him he could probably get it if he applied. He never applied, so that could just be an exaggeration,

I don't see this as a huge fabrication as some are making it out to be, but the media are layering it on top of a CNN claim that they couldn't verify his story about being violent as child. As I read it, they only talked to people who knew him in high school after he says he changed, so that sounds like a hit job. Still it seems kind of nuts for CNN to go after a man for saying he was worse than he actually was. Is that some kind of scary ninja reverse psychology?

The State staffer maintained the server, but IIRC an innocuous tech company of two men installed it. Couldn't find a link after searching.

More Clinton smoking guns will not make any difference to her supporters. I’ve met former Walker supporters, and former Jeb supporters, and I’m growing very cold on Carson. But you will not meet a Hillary person who would say they used to like her, but that learning how shady she was turned them off.

She will be the nominee barring a self induced melt-down.

And.... nothing will happen. All of you know this.

I watched video today of Hillary supporters being interviewed. They wouldn't change their mind no matter what. Choosing her is automatic, and then the reasons and justification are searched for or made up, the latter being more the case. Any negative issues are pushed aside by describing why they don't like the Republicans. This amounts to self-validating caricatures of the ones they hate and "I don't know much about them" for the ones they don't.

I can't imagine voting for a Democrat either, because I know who they are and what they want to do. In every case, it involves expanding government, restricting freedoms and going after people like me to pay for it. Every Democrat wants to do that in varying degrees.

I'm not crazy about Republicans because they will do some of the same, except maybe Cruz or Paul, but it is not their animating motivation. They will do some things toward reducing government, but they mostly will try to do things. I want someone who will do less. At least the Republican will do less, and not consider me the enemy because of my sex, race, or success.

This is semantics more than lying. As I noted in the next post, I don't think there are scholarships to the service academies.

You want lying, look at Halo Joe's '88 run for the roses.

Turley has Top Secret clearance which has allowed him to represent Area 51 former employees in a health related lawsuit against the govt. He has ridden Hillary hard on this point. It is SOP, according to Turley, for anyone in her position to sign this contract. He signed a similar one as has EVERYONE who handles Top Secret documents.
