He was on tv and I mentioned to my father he sounds like a burned out hippie and my dad laughed so hard I thought he would burst a hernia. He was not so easily given to laughter either, his humor is dry, but the idea of that was too ridiculous. He knows the man as retired Air Force colonel or something and this painting thing just a little side hobby.
