That, by the way, is the obstruction-of-justice statute, as revised by the Sarbanes-Oxley law, passed by Congress in 2002 while Mrs. Clinton served as a senator, and for which she voted.
All of this is not to suggest that Mrs. Clinton is in real danger of going to jail any time soon.

I heard this morning on This Week that "there is a good chance" the tech company who administered the server has a backup of the emails.
I've been asking that question since i first heard about the server mess way back.
Somebody had to be maintaining that thing.

Bubba may want to hit Barry but he knows the only way he'll get Barry to call off Valerie and her attack dogs is to promise that Hillary's presidency will be Barry III. This shouldn't be a problem since Hillary also hates bitter clinger whites with a passion and also salivates at the prospect of mushroom clouds over Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.
