Lisa Price said she put up the sign to send a message to the neighbor renting the house next door, who put up cameras peering into her backyard and repeatedly complained to the city about her dogs.
“He knew we had dogs when he moved in,” she said.
The final straw was a $121 ticket in the mail citing her for a “barking dog.”
Price said she doesn’t really intend to sell her home, but was driving home a point.
“We thought maybe that would help him to back off,” she said."

All you are going to do is escalate this kind of behavior. You really should murder your neighbor and bury him in his back yard. Problem solved.
Scenes we'd like to see, as Mad magazine once put it.
The trick is to have a deaf ninety year old neighbor like I do. Anything goes!
The truth is a complete defense.
This is not a clear situation to me: The circumstances are not clear, and, well, hell, there are no clear, basic, fundamental facts presented.
With regards to how all of this various media attention is going, so far one neighbor has put up a sign using the word "douchebag" and the other neighbor is using no words.
Awesome [if unintentional] symbolism, but still: no. facts. at. all.
