The actual quote: "George Zimmerman had no business running over that kid".
Of course that is confusing because nothing like that happened, but some people who live in places like Madison, WI might not understand a brother (never actually seeing any), so I wrote what I remembered his point being in a way that the insulated might understand.
Did your comment actually add anything? What was the point of it?
What he meant (if you understand people) is that if neighborhood watch, George Zimmerman had stayed in his car and waited for the police, neighborhood watch, George Zimmerman would not have put himself in a position of needing to use deadly force.
"You know the definition of tragedy is something terrible that didn't have to happen. Should George Zimmerman have gotten out of his truck that night? I think of all of the people saying 'no', he [Zimmerman] would be at the top of the list."
Thank you April Apple. Bill Whittle would apparently take issue with your stupid sarcastic point of view: Zimmerman got out of his car - which should clearly be illegal.
Yea, If Zimmerman knew that he would be attacked by someone who would try to kill him and then have the entire media, the President, and the Attorney General try to railroad him for getting out of his car to help the police, then I suppose he would not choose to do it.
I wonder if Meade would choose to not wash that graffiti off the statue if he knew the graffiti artist would come back and pound his head into the pavement followed by being treated to what Zimmerman got for defending himself. Maybe we should all just leave civic responsibility to someone else.
The left's entire case ended up being: "Why did Zimmerman get out of his vehicle?" The only thread-bare strand remaining, and they sure do cling to it. Bitterly.
Stretching that holier than thou muscle. do it, baby!
Bill Whittle mentioned it as a side note. You, and the left, predictably, make it the entire case.
If only Zimmerman had stayed inside of his vehicle with his crystal ball. Instead, Zimmerman gave Treyvon the opportunity to demonstrate his true character-- Jumping and beating Zimmerman. See- Treyvon didn't need to do that. He was heading home and he turned around.
That's all you got? My "bad analogy" awaits your specific critique, if you have one? You may not be aware, but people have been beaten and even killed for messing with someone's graffiti. Defend yourself and The President will have your ass. Be careful out there you crazy vigilante.
No he didn't. It wasn't a "side note". Whittle — the authority you appealed to — was saying the very thing this "brother" was saying in his video to his "black people".
Bagoh was too lazy to quote him accurately and then drew a conclusion based on his inaccurate quote.
You presented Whittle's video as some sort of "inconvenient reminders" but you were too lazy to watch Whittle's video all the way to the 8:08 mark.
Understandably, you and bags were each embarrassed by getting caught bullshitting yourselves. If you were black, you'd likely be two of his "black people" the "brother" is addressing in his video.
So you are saying that entire video by Bill whittle was based on the "Why did Zimmerman get out of his vehicle" meme? Nothing else?
I note that you can't get beyond that issue and discuss any of the other relevant issues raised in the Whittle video - or the video in this post. Not that we care, but it is noted.
Then why did you say Bill Whittle "mentioned it as a side note" when, in reality, he mentioned it as an important factor?
Yes, you "watched the entire production" but admit it: you were too lazy and stuck in your own ideological point of view to watch the entire production with a critical mind — the same essential message "the brother" has for his "black people".
Meade, You offered nothing substantial through all these comments, even when asked specific questions - just insults, reaching wildy, and dodging with unsupported statements. That stuff is better suited for T.O.P. We have community standards here, and I understand it may be tough to adjust to.

But the most calming of all is to turn this fucking thing off, and to go read a book.

Hey Lem, the romance of mountain climbing exists in the mind of the climber and is in no way shared by the mountain.
I like this young man.
Ditto bagoh.

The Brother: "Zimmerman shouldn't have ..."
Except, that's not what the brother said.
NYPD chokehold cop not indicted.
That's going to be hard to swallow.
Lem, that juxtaposition was hilarious.
"Except, that's not what the brother said."
It's what he meant, if you understand people.

Oh, right, you're that guy.
Do they have a name for what's wrong with him?
A approve this message.
yeah - he got the Trevon bit wrong, but his message is solid. "Stop doing crime."
"Have some pride in yourself. Take responsibility for your life."
"It's what he meant, if you understand people."

We all know it's illegal to get out of your car.
Bad Zimmerman - bad.
Trevon had every right to jump Zimmerman and smash his head into the concrete. Zimmerman got out of his car - which should clearly be illegal.
Inconvenient reminders.

The fact that you take Zimmerman's action of getting out of the car as the single most important fact in the case, inspires my sarcasm towards you.\
Bite me.

Thank you Bagoh - perfect.
Bad analogy, bag. Try again.
"The left's entire case"...
Bill Whittle is "left"?
Stretching that holier than thou muscle. do it, baby!

Wow, Bags. That won't be on the nightly news with Brian Williams(D). Doesn't fit the narrative.

No. Note that.
Don't be ridiculous. Everyone knows you are the embarrassment, Meade.
8:08 is where your brain stopped. I watched the entire production.
No? LOL. But still not a peep on any other issue raised by Bill Whittle. Stuck on stupid much?
Don't you have some leaves to rake?
I have work to do - I'm gone.
" I watched the entire production."

bagoh,
Let me offer you an apology for starting the insults by saying to you, "Oh, right, you're that guy."
Oh, but I did much more than that. You pretty much never got out of the gate.
Your weak effort here is disappointing. Some of us think you can do better, and hope to see it some day.
I'll give you this much credit, bag — once called on it, you took the trouble to go back and listen to what "the brother" actually said.
Now try thinking.
I still can't get over how much that avatar looks like a hemorrhoid.
I suggest topical steroids.
The little doodad in the center of that avatar shows up green on my screen (due to f.lux?) further distorting the supposed symbol of "What Cheer!"
Use of a more recognizable image such as this might create the impression of a cute but arrogant nimrod.
Jesus, What if it is a hemorrhoid?
