Those eggs look super fresh, but turn the heat down (the bubbling whites are suggesting the heat is too high). It takes a bit longer to cook them but fresh eggs taste so good, just give them gentle heat to fry or scramble.
I always take a double egg as good luck, which it is because I love the yokes.
These aren't my own eggs. The chickens are down to a single hen laying. The rest are done for the summer. They'll start laying more eggs in the spring.
These were extra large eggs from Costco. Not even Jumbos, so I was surprised. :)
Also, the heat was quite low, Evi L. I wonder if they might bubble a bit more because of the altitude? I don't know.

Yay, twins.
These are your farm eggs, right?
I notice chances for doubles increase from jumbo eggs. And it seems a seasonal thing.
One time over half the eggs in a carton were doubles.
Who knew one egg could blow your cholesterol intake for the entire day?
