Video: Sen. Pat Roberts Stands Up To Harry Reid on the Senate Floor

"Kansas Senator Pat Roberts recently performed something like an intervention (as the Daily Caller’s Chuck Ross called it) addressed to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid’s “Koch addiction.” The Kochs are of course among Roberts’s constituents."

The Koch Bros. hysteria is about as awful as it gets.

I've deleted dozens of liberal friends on FB for carrying on about that crap.

He's speaking to an empty chamber. And what took so long? Why wasn't Reid ridiculed every single time he got up and repeated his obsession? He did that to influence facebook types who hear only recaps on the news, and it works obviously, this went on for months with no counter argument from the senate.

But still, it's nice to see somebody of Roberts' generation making noises like a real Republican.

We must be collegial, you know.

Can't act like Sumner and Brooks on the floor of the Senate.

Reid, Holder, Obama -- the whole lot of them -- are petty criminals. Thugs through and through.

There voices are here and at TOP, and elsewhere who chime in time Reid against the Kochs. Stand and oppose them.

And being in love with America means never having to say you're Soros.

harry Reid should be taken out back and politely shot.

For the common good. He is a cancer.

The worst and scariest aspect of this is the public demonizing of individual citizens by the Government. It just reeks of Big Brother and the Two Minutes of Hate.

The scary part is that people CAN be so manipulated and mindlessly follow along. Like ST's facebook ex-friends. No critical thought processes at all.

The Dems are so good at turning the issues around.

Think about the minimum wage argument that "people can't support a family on minimum wage"?

A sharp Repub retort would be that if Obama and the Dems hadn't retarded and screwed up the economic recovery, we would not have so many heads of households working in fast food joints!

Thanks for that link DBQ.

Most enlightening.

At the very least it's an abuse of power by Harry Reid.

Abusing his floor of the senate immunity against charges of defamation.
