"Thanksgiving Request From President Obama"

"This holiday season, millions of Americans have a chance to get quality, affordable health insurance—many for the first time. If you have family members who are uninsured, you can play a big part in helping them find coverage that works for them. It might not always seem like it, but your family listens to you. So have the talk."
Are your family members traveling home for the holidays? There are a few things they’ll need to sign up for health coverage. Make sure they bring the following items with them before they head home.

Make sure you have a plan for when, where, and how you’ll talk to your family about health insurance. Here are a few tips to help you prepare.

Make a pledge to have a conversation with your family about health insurance this holiday season.

How much did Obama pay you, Lem?

Injecting partisan politics into Thanksgiving is in bad taste.

Obama should know better.

To everyone bringing Obamacare talking points to Thanksgiving dinner: don't look up to the sky if it's raining. #gobblegobble

Does it give conversation topics while everyone waits for the website to load?

What's funny about this request is that it makes it out to be political disagreement or ignorance about health care that's the problem.

Meanwhile the problem is deeply structural and involves people being told they don't have health care.

So many of my liberal friends are the ones who got "the letter" and are panicking.

Anyhoo, politics is maddening on any day, and such madness makes for complaintsgiving. Which should be avoided.

Happy Thanksgiving all!

The problem here is that Dems go nuts if you challenge the basic premise, which is that they are trying to "do good."

They aren't. They're actually creating a huge system of graft.

I thought barroom brawls were confined to barrooms.

They forgot to add that Congress, Democrat donors, and unions can ignore this and enjoy their holiday like normal people used to.

It would be nice if these schmucks could give it a rest for Thanksgiving. I'd be thankful.

Be thankful you don't have to sit down at a table today with Ronan "Sinatra" Farrow and his special holiday tweet -- "Thanksgiving: because genocide is a lot more festive 392 years after the fact."

Frank would be so proud. Not.

Consider his mother.

At the time, everybody wondered why.
