"Small business Obamacare online enrollment delayed a year"

"The Obama administration today announced a one year delay of online enrollment for small businesses looking to purchase health coverage through federal Obamacare exchanges, another high-profile setback for HealthCare.gov."
It’s the second delay for online small business enrollment, which the administration had said would begin this month.
The delay of the small business exchanges comes as little surprise, as the administration had said earlier this week it would offer alternative ways for small businesses to enroll. Still, it undercuts the White House message that it’s beginning to turn around the disastrous rollout of the health care law.

Is this another one of those majestic decrees issued by King Obama?

He's been legislating changes to the ACA without waiting for Congress to actually pass new legislation.

In the olden days pre-Obama, this was a violation of the law.

Only Congress can legislate. The job of the President is to execute laws.

That was before we had a King! Shut up, racists!

This is cool. I guess we can look forward to the next Obamacare postponement sometime late in the afternoon December 23.

I'm marking my calendar.

Why not just issue a Presidential decree that forces ALL bad things to be delayed until after the election, and all good stuff to happen in say ... October?

Throw in a little election tampering via the IRS, a handful of special carve outs for big donors, and just for emphasis, toss in a few New Black Panthers babysitting some 110% turnouts.

Then, when the Republicans headed by Tea Party leaders take over both houses of the Congress anyway, we can bring on the equality and fairness you whine about so often.

"The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of the evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and goodwill, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper, and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee!"

The Wednesday before Thanksgiving is even better than the regular Friday bad news dump.

So you give a business two weeks to figure out their plans for next year. Will the insurers be able to add them all? Unbelievable.

I'm not sure what the members of this administration are actually good at, but all that's left is maybe mad skills at rolling a nice fatty and keg stands.

Hey, unions just got their Obamacare exemption from "our" President. So companies who have given their employees great health care plans are now being punished and put at a competitive disadvantage against companies with Obama-friendly unions, and of course also at a disadvantage to companies who give their employees little. Not to mention every non-union person in the nation now getting screwed. What happened to paying your fair share?

Wait until they delay the individual mandate in a few weeks, when there will be zero time for anyone to get anything done. The net effect of Obamacare is going to be forcing millions of people OUT of the health insurance market.

Bit by bit, all the ACA crap is being pushed past the 11/2014 mid-term elections. Democrat incumbents love continuing to be incumbents far, far more than they love the ACA. Even those incumbents who believe the ACA is the best thing since unicorns.

You know who benefits by the union exemption? Koch Brothers!!1!!

They have about 50,000 union employees.

Someone will file a class action lawsuit because Obama's edicts are creating separate classes of people where some must comply and others get a pass.

For the Democrats it should be the Pyrrhic Care Act.

When this law is having an exceptionally bad day, which is every day lately, the lefties like to say this whole thing was a conservative idea from the Heritage Foundation back in 1989. If that is true, then that is one sly little think tank. You magnificent bastards actually built a political Trojan Horse and the donkeys fell in love with it. Genius!

With the orignal Trojan Horse they filled it with soldiers to attack from within, but it seems with this new one they filled it with shit and just let it leak all over the place, and President refuses to stop stepping in it.

O'Keefe bags another one. The dude is an impressive trapper. He makes great use of stealth and luring his prey by mimicking their sounds. He has quite a trophy wall for young man.
