syndrome" is part of a looming national catastrophe. Japan already has
one of the world's lowest birth rates. As The
Guardian reports, 45% of Japanese women aged 16-24 are "not
interested in or despise sexual contact". More than a quarter of men feel the
same way. Is Japan providing a glimpse of all our futures? Many
of the shifts there are occurring in other advanced nations, too.
Across urban Asia, Europe and America, people are marrying later or not at
all, birth rates are falling, single-occupant households are on the rise and, in
countries where economic recession is worst, young people are living at
home...

This is nothing new. Japan has been experiencing a negative birth rate and lack of a national sexual libido for years and years. I feel bad for the white boys who think getting a submissive japanese girl is going to work.
"Submissive" is the wrong term for what white boys are looking for, and Japanese is the wrong nationality for those looking.
What is called "submissive" in the U.S. is just an old fashioned, ordinary woman who has no complaint about being female, isn't a horrific spoiled brat, wants children, and puts her husband first. This is not submissive. It's "sane."
Japanese women haven't fit this category for decades. Filipinos, Thais, Cambodians, or any South Pacific Islander group is a better place to look. These women are likely to be well educated, religious, family oriented, capable of cooking and caring for a household and happy with being female. Among the Filipinas, especially, you are likely to find an RN capable of making a good living, too.

16 seems young to be the starting point for this analysis. It seems that age would include those afraid of the unknown but likely to grow out of it as they mature. And why stop at 24? It feels like cherry-picked data.

Credit the Japanese with developing several new perversions that were never tried before in humanity's long history of sexual exploration. Bukkake was an innovative new program, but the downside is that any young woman who actually chances to view it, much less experience it, is inclined to swear off sex altogether. If the Japanese wish to attract the female demographic, they've got to give up on bukkake. Also, ban the sale of Hitachi wands.
