Before and after satellite photos show impact of US led strike on Syrian targets

This is the Daily Mail UK where they have the kind of JAVA photos that slide back and forth to display an overlay photo of before and after. They're notable for for the precision and the devastation of the destruction. That is, certain buildings are completely obliterated down to rubble and rebar while buildings next to them are left intact.

They also have a graphic illustration that shows the weapons deployed by the United States, Britain and France.

The tiny words around all the pictures tell us:

4 UK Tornado jets
based in Cyprus             8 storm shadow missiles

French Rafael and Mirage Jets
from eastern France       9 scalp missiles

French Destroyer Languedoc
Toulon                            3 scalp missiles

USS John Warner Sub
Mediterranean                6 Tomahawk missiles

USS Monterey
Red Sea                          30 Tomahawks

USS Laboon
Red Sea                          7 Tomahawks

2 US B-1 Bombers        19 JASSM missiles

8+9+3+6+30+7+19 = 82 missiles

Russia says their defenses shot down 71 of the missiles.

American military officials responded, they're out of their minds. All the missiles hit their targets.

You'd have to believe 11 of the missiles did all of the damage. If you believe any of the numbers.

It's thorough reporting at the Daily Mail.

The really outrageous thing about this story is that there's a major combat vessel named for John Warner.

They name warships for politicians instead of heroes these days.

Those pics remind me of the old line from Mister Roberts, "Ya know that hole in the bulkhead where the washers used to be?".

I don't like it at all that war lover Bolton has Trump's ear.
