"I could have been her friendly acquaintance but she wouldn't allow it. She didn't have any of those."

When my kids were young and we homeschooled I met another mother at one of our "park days". As our children played we introduced ourselves and began to chat.  Very early on, as part of her introduction actually, she shared a very interesting fact about herself.  "People either love me or they hate me," she said.  She laughed as though this strange fact was a happenstance of fate.  People either thought she was wonderful or hated her.

I saw Milo Yiannopoulos kiss Gavin McInnes

In Orlando. In front of a bunch of people. And everybody clapped. Then they both barfed.

The camera turned to the left and showed the media trucks lined up on that side.

Milo was to speak at the university but he said that the police cancelled the event because they could not protect them. Where are the police? They're out protecting area mosques from blowback. Then he said that was nonsense the police are right there surrounding the place on rooftops. That must have been untrue because everybody laughed. The point that he drove as non-citizen explaining basic things to Americans is that Americans singularly enjoy free speech, and now a gay man wants to speak and authorities said no and gave their reason. He told the crowd he'd be arrested in Europe for saying the things he says here.

He kept complaining about the heat and about nearly dying of it. He kept drawing attention to his suffering and yet kept the jacket. The things we suffer for fashion.

He knows people would not listen as much if he were dressed in polo shirt and shorts and sandals, that is, sensibly for the climate.

He said that it was Muslims who pressured Twitter to ban him last night and it was Drudge headlining that caused Twitter to reconsider and reinstate his account.

Drudge's link assured a broad audience. When Milo kissed Gavin on the mouth the comments flew by so fast they were literally blurred and impossible to read.

He spoke about social conservatism being basically dead. Most modern conservatives don't care about any of that.

Here is Gavin McInnes Twitter account. He shows all this there. From his point of view. Plus a  lot of other things too.

Here is Milo Yiannopolis's on again / off again Twitter account.  He has all this too plus a lot of other related videos.

"Police engaged in gunfire with the man and an officer was shot in the head, but he was saved by his helmet"

Daily Mail:  A suspected Islamic extremist wielding an assault rifle and a handgun has killed about 20 people after taking party-goers hostage inside a gay club in Orlando.

The gunman was carrying a suspicious device, possibly a suicide vest, when he opened fire on the dance floor inside Pulse in the early hours of this morning.

Orlando Police Chief John Mina said authorities have not determined the exact number of people killed, but that 'approximately 20' have died. Another 42 people were taken to hospital.

An FBI spokesman said the mass shooting is being investigated as an act of terrorism, adding that they are looking into whether this was an act of domestic or international terror, and if the shooter was a lone wolf.
