 Did you hear what happened with the woke "Batgirl" movie.

The movie studio decided that it sucked so bad that they were not going to release it. Burning 90 million dollars in costs because it was irredeemable. The movie was made by the two Muslim directors who botched the new Ms. Marvel series for Disney that also tanked.

They got a Latinx girl to play the red headed Irish girl from the comics. It is another act of gingercide as every red headed white character from Barbara Gordon to the Little Mermaid has been replaced by a minority because...reasons. They were setting up a change in the DC universe in the movies. They are failing miserably in relation to Marvel, so they decided to go full woke. The big three for the last forty years in DC comics has been Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman. The plan of the woke executives was to replace them with Batgirl, Supergirl and Wonder Woman. They were going to kill off Superman. Batman was to be retired and played by the ancient Michael Keaton in this movie. Wonder Woman is going full lesbian. It was all to be set up by this movie and the upcoming "Flash" starring that pedophile kidnapper guy that has been all over the news. Well, that was the plan.

When the new corporate honchos found out they pulled the plug. The test audience hated this movie. It was poorly made, and the special effects sucked. The directors didn't want to sexually objectify Batgirl so her costume fit like a potato sack. They were willing to eat that money to avoid turning their brand into a woke catsophe.

Comics and comic book movies are declining rapidly. Both of the big two Comic book companies are failing and about to go bankrupt. The movies are declining in earnings precipitously. You see comics were made with white heroes for the most part for young geeky white kids to buy. The wanted to see heroes beat up villains and hot woman in sexy body revealing clothing. Similar to wrestling as a matter of fact. That is what sold. That is what it is about. When the wokesters and the feminazi lesbians got in they wanted to destroy it. Make it in their perverted image. 

The money guys that took over the studio are smarter than that. It remains to be seen if they can reverse the trend. 

I mean if they wanted to make a "Batgirl" movie that would sell, they know who they need to get.

Superman gets woke....and another hero falls

Did you hear that DC Comics has decided to sign on to the hate America agenda and repudiate the 80 year old history of the Man of Steel?

From Bounding into comics:  In one of the most audacious, yet unsurprising moves from DC Comics in recent years, the comic book publisher has announced that they will officially be dropping “The American Way” from Superman’s iconic catchphrase in favor of a more inclusive alternative.

As announced by DC Chief Creative Officer and Publisher Jim Lee during the October 2021 edition of DC FanDome, the Man of Steel’s iconic catchphrase will be updated from “Truth, Justice, and The American Way” to “Truth, Justice, and a Better Tomorrow” in order to “better reflect the global storylines that we are telling across DC and to honor the character’s incredible legacy of over 80 years of building a better world.”

You see the woke globalist millennial generation hates America and everything it stands for and will do anything they can to destroy it. They are not interested in the American Way. You see the American way is steeped in "White Supremacy" and must be destroyed at all cost.

Comics have been destroyed by the woke  The sales are so abysmal that both Marvel and DC will soon be scrapped and strip mined for movie fodder. The losses on the comic book publishing is so great that they are not sustainable. They have alienated their audience in order to appeal to a woke gay trans audience that does not exist. So another America institution goes by the wayside like the Boy Scouts or the public schools. Globalism, critical race theory and pro LBGT propaganda have combined to destroy the comic book industry.

The American Way has been driven underground.

Roy was born in Arkansas, lived in California, and spent his last years in the DC area. I never saw him play in person, neither did my brother, but one time in the basement of a guitar store in Wheaton Maryland my brother got a chance to play "Nancy", Roy's '53 Telecaster. He played a few notes, realized that he was not doing the guitar justice, and put it back on the stand. To this day my brother claims that Roy was able to achieve his singular tone just by using his fingertips.

He had a remarkable style and sound all his own. At about 4:50 in this clip he pushes the limits of musicality. It took me a while to appreciate what he did, but he kept it all in the 12 bar blues format. Drinking from a cup at 5:40 is just showing off - the crowd loved it.

He was gifted, troubled, talented, unique and ultimately gave the world a gift of amazing music. His cadenza at 7 minutes in - once again - he pulls it off. What a nut.

Oh, sure, you might be allowed more legal marijuana in DC. But look at how many bike lanes and street cars, compared to DC. We even got more museums.
