Not because of vanity. Its for self preservation.
You see I am pretty grey and have been for a long time. I never worried about it much. It was salt and pepper for a long time especially in my gotee. Then a funny thing happened. I started to go really grey. Almost white. Except for a patch right under my nose. So I sort of look like Hitler.
This is a cat that looks like Hitler. There is a funny website that collects photos of all the little kitties that hate the Jews. What am I talking about. Cat's hate everybody.
Still a cat can get away with it. A fat old white guy in a MAGA hat not so much. I ain't gonna shave. I had a gotee for thirty years. So I might have to dye it.
Or just go with it. It is a statement after all.
