A homeless derelict walked past a Hassidic couple walking with their baby in a stroller. Then he ran back and slashed them all. He is a criminal who was out because of the new policies that Black Crimes Don't Matter. Just like the guy who beat up the old Chinese lady. He was on lifetime parole for killing his mother. There's a conspiracy theory out there that even YouTube has had to cut the dislikes on videos with the lying dogfaced pony soldier, he's so hated.
