Companies are going to have to understand the CCP is a totalitarian dictatorship and they're seeing this. If they want to be in business with that then let their shareholders and let their board of directors bear the fiduciary responsibility of that. Let history guide them. But I tell you, if we take a hard line here you're going to see massive changes in China. The freedom of the Chinese people is going to be the greatest story of the first half of the 21st century. And one of the people have driven that, with all the grief he gets, is Donald Trump.
Interesting interview. I took an R&R in Hong Kong in the sixties when it was a colony of the Brits and the 1997 transfer to China still seemed far away in the future.
Bannon said the Dems are trying to position themselves to the right of Trump on China and thinks that will open the door for Hillary to get back on her broomstick for another run.
Heh, Dad Bones, I too was there in the sixties for R&R. Had to move out of the Peninsula hotel for having unapproved visitors though I had a grand time regardless.

The Eminent Mr Surber has a theory that Communism can only last in a country for about 70 years.
Looks like he's about to hit the lottery.

Yes, XRay, there was plenty to do (and buy) in Hong Kong.
