I watched this video elsewhere yesterday and now it's come up again in my YouTube recommendations.
He's talking about Trump's action that led to isolating algae bloom in his area protecting other water areas, and improved his life considerably. He came without a prepared speech, relying instead on the points that he's already made elsewhere in normal conversations. Trump lets him roll.

I got lost in Florida once and found myself on the shore of Lake Okeechobee. I saw a power company lineman sitting in his truck and asked him for directions. He got down out of his truck to talk to me. He was a friendly solid looking guy who was missing part of one ear and his face had its share of old scars. I'd like to have heard his story but he was working and I was headed north.
