He needs room for his peaks and didn't want to write over anyone else's signature. It's a natural reaction.
Plus the document itself is stupid insignificant and inconsequential. Conceived by a middle school mentality and produced by an elementary school student, on cheap 8.5x11 copier paper, ink jet printer, regular computer font, standard document program, center alignment, foil sticker, It's a nothing document to have country leaders conveniently present to pretend to agree to something easy and vapid requiring zero negotiation. Whoever thought of it is a busybody PTA dope. "Oh, what shall we do now that we have you all together?"
The comedian, Lavell Crawford, made a joke about Trump pushing that guy out of the way saying that was something a black president would do. That and all the women in Trump's past led him to say that Trump was really the first black president.
As already indicated, I'm not a fan of snap judgments that label others with epithets that may or may not reflect reality.
After reading the statement that this document, willingly signed by world leaders, was thought up by "a busybody PTA dope", I wondered what prompted conclusion?
Then I wondered where the line was drawn that separated good, meaningful words and participation with regard to that memorial event from the stupid, insignificant and inconsequential stuff forced on those people by a busybody PTA dope?

John Hancock would be proud.
I like that gif!
Move, losers.
The disorganized and messy scrawls of the yurps took up too much space at the bottom of the page so Trump signed up top.
I think you're right.
