While watching this, I felt like I was being set up for something. Eventually, the horrible incongruity unsettled me to the point where I attempted to dismiss it with something like a laugh. An uncomfortable laugh, as the question of whether or not that was aggressive behavior on the dog's part or part of a game those two played together remained. Either way, the dog's behavior didn't come across to me as safe, stable or appropriate to the situation and what was said (and heard) and presented (and seen) in the video didn't match or come together in a meaningful way.
It did bring back to memory a chihuahua my aunt and uncle owned. They called him Fang.
