MDA added Kessel's statements to over 6,000 pages of evidence from whistleblowers and filed them with the FBI and IRS a year ago. MDA alleges the Clinton Foundation engaged in illegal activities and my owe millions in unpaid taxes and penalties.
They've also contacted prosecutors in the Justice Department in Washington and FBI agents in Little Rock. Last week a federal prosecutor asked for documents from MDA.

If more keeps leaking out (and it will because I think the people at the Fundation (no typo) are trying to save themselves), it's going to be fun watching Jerry Nadler trying to tap dance through this particular minefield.
