Blind man sues Playboy over photos on its website

It appears Playboy is victim of a nuisance litigator. Donald Nixon from Queens claims Playboy is violating Americans with Disabilities Act by not having text equivalent for every non-text element. Basically he's suing them for their choice of HTML. Nixon claims he is also excluded from purchasing Playboy hoodies and jogger pants because of the incompatibility with his software.

Nixon has filed 47 lawsuits against various companies.

Get a job. Or a life. Or both.
Jeez.
Playboy should fast track this thing to trial and let this doofus explain his theory to a jury.

Screw Playboy. When Hefner was alive some congressman objected to the library of congress making Braille copies of Playboy. Of course Hefner claimed it a first amendment issue when he and his company were flush with cash and could have put up Braille copies themselves.
