I'm helping my aunt clean/prepare to move from a house that has been lived in by THREE generations of hoarders. I've found things that are funny, creepy, and deeply disturbing. I think this one fits all three. Forgive the shitty background, it's probably one of the nicer views around here.

Top sleuthing in comments reveals this is a 1992 Pregnant Karen doll. Sure enough, there are tons of such pregnant dolls listed on eBay. This is the Caucasian version.
1992 is considered vintage. That was only 26 years ago. Some are still in the box. The tape around the head is to keep the hair in place.
The uploader apologizes for the awful background and he says it's the nicest area in the whole place. Part of the discussion in comments is about hoarders. The uploader asks Imgur commenters if they would like to see more and they answer yes.
