Hadn't seen him before and was amazed. When thunderstorms moving through our area curtailed planned weekend activity, I watched the links fascinated by his movements, energy and creative genius.
His core strength and balance are amazing. Imagine the practice required to lean over backwards and touch the floor with your head, then improve on that with the slide out and back. Amazing.
