She was a cutie.

"Great Caesar's ghost". That's what Chief always said. Then he would say "Don't call me Chief!".

I found that phrase in Twain's writing - the ghost one, not the other one, and figured that saying goes back a ways.

What impressed me is that they snugged in her outfits as much as they did.

considering Supe was a kid's show, they must have figured they'd get Dad watching if he came home early from work.

Superman spent most of his time saving birdbrains Lois and Jimmy from Super Villains Herb Vigran and Ben "Lefty" Weldon. The MSM was well represented by those two, they were Pulitzer worthy.

I remember her, but not as a sexpot. She had a kind of maternal quality to her. She probably wore foundation garments. The girls on American Bandstand were the ones to ogle, and the wonderful thing was that they were age appropriate or maybe even a little older......I think Steve Reeves might also have been wearing foundation garments.

That's George not Steve Reeves. By today's standards, even Steve Reeves wasn't all that buff, but he probably didn't need foundation garments........I looked up Noel Neill on wiki. That was her real name. It has a pleasant Christmasy vibe. She had a relatively scandal free life. A few marriages, but no sex cults or stays in rehab.

Has a "Mummy before she met Daddy" quality.
