Orders being taken now for the first flying car that can reach 100 mph on land and in the air.

Headline at NewsTarget.com

The article explains the car is offered by a Dutch company so right there you visualize a flying windmill. It's 3-wheeled, every American's dream. It's half helicopter, half car, not the levitation vehicle of imagination. It takes up to ten minutes to switch from driving to flying mode. And it costs $621,500.00. With a production of only 90. The sport edition will cost $367,542. Basically, it's a tiny helicopter that requires an airport, that can be tucked in to drive on roads.

Here is the photo topping the article at News Target.

What a bunch of lying bastards.

Oh well, back to the drawing boards.

You got to start somewhere, and that start was already started with powered hang gliders.

Compare:

The cost of these ultralights vary widely. Expect about $15,000. They do not drive on highways and they do not go 100 mph.

When the technology is finally perfected, and made affordable, that'll be the end of peace and quiet everywhere.

I still think the Moeller Skycar was the best chance we had at flying cars. Too bad it was run by a dink.
