First Best Picture Oscar.Probably better than most of its successors.
Certainly better than this year's winner.
That is a great shot though, even for today. For 1927 it is amazing.

Touch of Evil is an interesting movie, one that I watched just due to the opening tracking shot. Orson knew a thing or two.
