Sundance has been all over this like sauce on ribs. His (their) perspective is much more illuminating than this and we're grateful to have access to such impressive perspicuity.
Sundance wrote about this a few times before. He reiterates to drive certain points and observing what happened to Ohr is just one such driven point. His wife another. Across several posts asking why Ohr is demoted and not fired, then in another post why are other well known principles repositioned within their departments and not fired, in another post, why are they still around, in another post, why isn't media hanging around them with their vans in front of their houses asking for statements, why not even so much as a "no comment" comment. He explores why the sudden obvious silence. There is a comment produced by a reader that Sundance likes very much and reproduces in spots, again in one his latest posts about Byron York being misinformed about I.G. Horowitz's range of investigation. Horowitz actually has a prosecutor onboard. Incidentally, I looked at Byron York's Twitter feed and he acknowledges Sundance's correction.
In a long post about the depth and range of Horowitz's audit, now an investigation, Sundance reviews key events.
* Dec 1, 2017, Friday. Announcement of Flynn plea, media narrative maneuver by Mueller
This pissed off the good guys.
* Dec 2, 2017, Saturday, immediately the good guys announced the emails between Peter Strzok, Lisa Page and the outline of the conspiracy.
* Dec 3, 2017, Sunday, full-court press against the conspirators. Until this moment no one was talking about the year-long OIG investigation when the good guys decided they've had enough nonsense and began to lay down the pain against Mueller's corrupt team, through daily stories, congressional notes, and massive ammunition for Chairman Nunes of House Intel and Grassley, Chairman of Senate Judiciary, and Goodlatte, Chairman of house Judiciary.
None of this went to Richard Burr, Chairman Senate Intelligence Committee and Mark Warner, vice chair, because the good guys know the Senate Intelligence Committee is corrupted and complicit.
No one in media knew about what Horowitz and his team were doing until Horowitz decided to let them know. No one was talking about the IG investigation until immediately after Flynn took a plea deal under false pretense and the good guys came forward with continuous stream of information.
Soon as Horowitz discovered unlawful activity within the DOJ and FBI he had a legal responsibility to take action. The Strzok-Page email exchange is the point where IG investigation shifted from examining internal wrongful conduct to discovering an unlawful conspiracy. From this point Horowitz had the responsibility to report the illegal activity his team discovered. DOJ initiated a parallel legal and prosecutorial authority to work together with Horowitz.
Sundance explains. a prosecutor within DOJ running parallel with Horowitz is seen by cooperation of Bill Priestap (FBI), Bruce Ohr (DOJ) and James Baker (FBI Legal). Each remains inside their unit yet each removed from their authority essentially holding down empty chairs.
Here is the reader comment that Sundance occasionally reproduces The reader worked at the FBI.
“They are sat down, told to not do anything, say anything or discuss anything UNTIL they get an attorney. At which time, the attorney is handed a letter from the investigating unit. That letter says in essence, this is how screwed you are. If you want to be less screwed you will sign this letter of cooperation and assist us. When we don’t need you, you sit there. When we do we will call you and you will provide what we need. Any deviation from this agreement lands you in jail for the full term.”
Sundance concludes with tiny b/w drawing of Micky Mouse flipping the bird, subscripted "Hi Jim!"
Apparently for James Comey.
The whole thing is well worth your time. Then you can be ahead of these two people in the video above.

Ohr still has a job = paid for by us.
Why are you shocked by this? I've already told you that most if not all of these people will never see sanction. Ever.
